 JUDGMENT

 

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon motion by Plaintiff Chanel, Inc. (“Chanel”) for a default judgment of its claims against Defendant Against 613 Camera Corporation pursuant to Rule 55(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and the Court having considered the moving papers and there being no opposition thereto;

            IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Chanel’s Motion for Default Judgment is GRANTED, and judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Chanel, Inc., a New York corporation, with its principal place of business in the United States located at 9 West 57th Street, New York, New York 10019, and against Defendant 613 Camera Corporation, a New York corporation, with its place of business located at 2570 West 2nd Street, Brooklyn, New York 11223;

            IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 

            1.         Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(c) Chanel is awarded statutory damages against Defendant 613 Camera Corporation in the amount of Three Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($3,780,000.00), for which let execution issue;

            2.         Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(b) Chanel is awarded attorneys’ fees against Defendant 613 Camera Corporation in the amount of one-thousand one hundred and fifty-five dollars ($1,155.00), for which let execution issue;

            3.         Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(b) Chanel is awarded investigative fees against Defendant 613 Camera Corporation in the amount of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and Five Cents ($5,888.05) for which let execution issue;

            4.         Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(b) Chanel is awarded costs against Defendant 613 Camera Corporation in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($500.00), for which let execution issue; 

            5.         In order to give practical effect to this Court’s concurrently issued Permanent Injunction, the domain names Leshanta.com, Pouchette.com, FashionEtailer.com, Labolso.com, Sacbelle.com, and Yuella.com shall be cancelled by the Registrar or, at Chanel’s election, transferred to Chanel. 

            6.         Interest from the date this action was filed shall accrue at the legal rate.
